1. When will my order be processed?

If your order fits all authorization criteria, then all products in stock are shipped out the next business day. All other orders will ship depending on the supplier. WE DO NOT SHIP OR DELIVER ON HOLIDAYS & WEEKENDS. Your order may be delayed for the following reasons and more information may be requested to provide proof of identity. These reasons are subject to change at any time.

• Different billing & shipping addresses entered
• Past history of fraud or chargeback has been assigned
• Unable to verify billing address information

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive? It really depends on which items you have ordered. You will be advised with an email receipt upon purchase with the ETA of your order. If you purchase has been delayed in any way, we will let you know asap.

3. What countries do you ship to? Currently we only ship to Canada & USA.

4. Which credit cards do you accept? We accept Mastercard and Visa.

5. Do you ship to military addresses or P.O. Boxes? Sorry, for security reasons we do not ship to military addresses or P.O.Boxes.

6. Do I have to pay with a credit card? Can I pay by personal check or money order? At this present moment, we only accept credit cards.

7. What is your return policy? We will refund your money in full if you return the goods to us within 10 days of receiving them, along with a note explaining how the goods were defective. Restocking fees may apply.

8. Do you have a catalog? Not at this present time. Please join our mail list so that if we do, we can contact you. Email us to add your name.

10. I want to purchase an item that I see online, but you don't have my size/color. Will it be coming back in stock? Items are restock on a regular basis. Please check back frequently.

12. I just ordered something, but now it's on sale. Do you honor price adjustments?
Yes, please keep your receipt for 14 days of purchase and we will honor your price.

13. What is the Wish List used for?
A wish list is used to save items you that you like or want to purchase at a later time. The wish list does not hold inventory. If an item sells out it will be removed from your wish list. To create a wish list you must be a member.

14. Is your site secure? We use industry standard SSL encryption to protect communications between your web browser and our website.

15. Do you offer Gift Packaging?
Yes, for an additional $10 fee, we will wrap your gift in attractive giftwrap and include a gift card.
